Distribution and Direct Sales

Distribution
It is a well known fact of commercial life that profit follows from turnover. It is understandable therefore, that distributors prefer to carry products that will have a high turnover rate, to earn them the most money on their outlay. For this reason small specialist firms like ourselves find it difficult to secure and maintain widespread distribution. And, if we were only in it for the money, we would produce high volume, relatively low cost speakers that would look and sound much like many others on the market.

But, we choose to produce single-driver horn loudspeakers because of their superior sound quality, recognising that relatively few people share our approach to listening to recorded music, and that this will make distribution problematic for us.

Direct sales
And so, we need a different strategy to secure worldwide sales: selling direct to purchasers in areas were we have no representation. To help potential customers to purchase with confidence we make no charge for the export standard packaging or delivery and offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee if they are not pleased with their purchase.

The customer has 28 days in which to return the speakers to us if they wish and, provided that we receive them back undamaged, we will refund the full purchase price. We make this offer because we have complete confidence in our products. The customer has to take little risk - and statistics show that neither do we.

We have sent speakers all around the world on this basis and have never yet been asked for a refund. -You can purchase with confidence.
